How do I add booth attendants? 

From the sponsor registration link, you can add as many booth attendants needed free of charge. If you forgot to add them during registration, please send an email to Mira Roseman (mroseman@berkeley.edu) and Lisa Hisson (lhisson@berkeley.edu), our Sponsor Leads with a list of your booth attendants including  full name, title, and email address.

How many full access conference passes will I receive?

Depending on your sponsorship tier, the Sponsor Benefits page indicates the number of full access passes you will receive. Here’s a summary:

  • Platinum: 3 representatives
  • Gold: 2 representatives
  • Silver: 1 representative
  • Bronze: 1 representative

Can I purchase additional full access passes?

Yes, prior to June 9, additional passes for sponsors can be purchased ($275/person) via the waitlist registration form. Sponsor registrations added to the waitlist after June 9 cannot be guaranteed.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments. Up to two credit cards can be used when registering. Any more than two cards will require payment to be processed over the phone. If paying by check, please make them payable to “UC Regents” and mail to:

When are payments due?

All payments for sponsorship funding are due June, 12.

Where should I upload my logo?

Will I receive a list of attendees?

Sponsors will receive a list of all attendees after the conference. Please do not contact individuals that have opted-out of sharing their information or reach out to campus entities directly who are not included on the list.

What is my booth number?

We are finalizing the sponsor layout and booth numbers will be distributed no later than June 23.

What is the cutoff date for supplies?

Booth supplies, and/or raffle items, should be shipped no later than June 12.

Can supplies be shipped back after the conference?

You are responsible for shipping your materials back after the conference, UC Berkeley will NOT ship any sponsor materials. Please make sure your representatives know that they are responsible for getting any tabletop displays, tablecloths, banners or any other items back to their locations. Anything not claimed will be recycled. There are UPS and FedEx locations close to campus to assist with your shipping needs. Here is their contact information:
