Get us your logo so we can promote you as a sponsor.
- Upload your company logo to this shared folder
- Two versions of your logos are needed: 1) in full color, and 2) a reversed out version. Vector files are required for best resolution on print materials (e.g .EPS or .AI).
- We will then add your logo to the Sponsors webpage, in email footers, and slide deck templates that are available for use by all speakers at the conference.
- If you encounter any issues accessing the folder or uploading your images please email Mira Roseman (mroseman@berkeley.edu) or Lisa Hisson (lhisson@berkeley.edu).

Determine who from your team will be attending the conference.
- Once this has been determined, notify Mira Roseman (mroseman@berkeley.edu) or Lisa Hisson (lhisson@berkeley.edu) and we will send you a dedicated conference link for your team to get registered. Please do not register via the UC Tech website as those registrations cannot be refunded.
- You may purchase additional registrations at $275/person via this waitlist registration form. The final day to request additional passes for sponsors is June 9, any requests after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Select your raffle prize and send us the info for inclusion in our communications.
- All Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors are asked to bring a raffle prize in the amount of $300.
- We will highlight raffle prizes in our communications leading up to the event to help build excitement and inform participants of items we will be giving away at the conference.
- Please send an email that provides details of what the raffle item is (bonus points for providing a link with an image of the prize) to Mira Roseman (mroseman@berkeley.edu) or Lisa Hisson (lhisson@berkeley.edu).
- If you are sending your raffle prize to UC Berkeley ahead of the conference, send your items by June 12 to:

Finalize payments for sponsorship funding and additional registrations.
- The payment deadline to be included as a sponsor for UC TEch is June 12.
- We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments. Up to two credit cards can be used when registering. Any more than two cards will require payment to be processed over the phone.
- If paying by check, please make them payable to “UC Regents” and mailed to:

Ship your booth and conference materials to UC Berkeley.
- All Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will have a booth in the Sponsor Showcase.
- The booths which are 8’ x 8’ with a 6’ table will be piped and draped before your arrival. If you do not want a table, please notify us by June 30.
- Each booth will have power and access to Wi-Fi.
- All Platinum and Gold sponsors will also provide branded giveaways for participants (~650 attendees).
- If you plan to ship booth items to campus ahead of the event, your materials are due on campus by June 12, 2023. Your booth materials will be unpacked and at your booth for you upon your arrival.

Please note: You are responsible for shipping your materials back after the conference, UC Berkeley will NOT ship any sponsor materials. Be sure your representatives know that they are responsible for getting any tabletop displays, tablecloths, banners or any other items back to their locations. Anything not claimed will be recycled. There are UPS and FedEx locations close to campus to assist with your shipping needs.

Day two of the Sponsor Showcase and tear down your booth by 6 p.m.
- Raffle prize winners will be randomly drawn and posted on Slack plus on the raffle webpage. Winners will visit sponsors at their booths to claim their prize and have a photo taken. Please upload photos to this shared Drive folder and/or share photos on social media using the hashtag #UCTech2023.

On this final day of the conference, the Showcase will be open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19 in the MLK Student Union, Pauley Ballroom. After 2 p.m. your team can teardown your booth and organize your items to get them shipped back, as needed. All teardown needs to be completed by 6 p.m. for us to vacate the venue.
