Getting to UC Berkeley
As a member of the UC community, you may utilize the Connexxus Travel Portal for booking airfare, car rentals or tapping Uber for UC benefits. Please visit our Lodging page for direct links to book accommodations at the UC Tech discounted rate. Be sure to plan your travel so you are able to participate in all three days of the conference!
-
Air Travel - You have the option to fly into Oakland International Airport (OAK) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Oakland is preferred as it is closer to Berkeley but both airports have the option to use BART or rideshare options to get you to campus.
-
Driving Directions - If you wish to drive to campus, set your navigation to one of the Visitor Parking Lots on campus and review these parking tips before your visit. Use the Pay By Phone app to pay for parking. UC Berkeley employees can park in the RSF garage and purchase a daily "F" parking permit online for $11/day.
Conference Hub
UC Tech 2023 home base will be the Martin Luther King, Jr. Student Union (near Sproul Plaza), an accessible venue for all with additional campus locations for sessions. The planning team is committed to providing access to all individuals attending the conference. Use this helpful guide to navigate campus or request special accommodations by emailing the UC Tech Programming Committee.
